Once an insured forwards a claim for our handling,
we follow the proceedings closely, notifying our clients
every 14 days of the progress that has been made.
This continues until final resolution of the claim.

come to your facility and conduct training for appropriate
staff members to ensure full understanding of the
coverages and procedures. When plan changes occur,
we return for further training.
We
understand that no one has time nor the expertise
to adequately shop insurance rates and changing coverages.
As an independent broker, we conduct a yearly analysis
of the changing rate and coverage structures for a
number of leading companies and make appropriate changes
to secure only the best value for our clients.
We
offer on site training on the utilization of carrier
specific plan administration tools. In addition, we
offer our clients an online Employee Benefit Center,
where employees may view their benefits, download
forms, utilize financial calulators, and access employee
handbooks & newsletters.
